By profession, I'm a Google Ads specialist in the legal industry. Fitness, though, has always been something I enjoy teaching purely for the sake of helping others — not for attention.

Why I Sell Ebooks (Not Apps or Courses)

There's a reason I don't sell workout apps or video subscriptions — I sell old-fashioned PDF ebooks with detailed image explanations.

Most people sign up for a fitness app and just follow along at the gym. They copy the movements they see on screen, assuming that looking similar to the instructor is enough. It's not.
